"Fantastic place to stay. Lovely room in a quiet area. It was perfect for us with a newborn and a dog. Breakfast was lovely and there was facilities to make a simple supper for ourselves. Lovely stay highly recommend "

"Extremely disappointing. The hotel does not bear any similarity to the photos on site, in desperate need of a refurbishment. Room smelt of wet dog. Restaurant service was poor, kitchen ran out of food although we arrived 80 minutes before close of service, offered carrot salad and a pizza to share between two."

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"Good clean room, beds a little soft, but that was personal preference. Good size room and bathroom, great shower. Staff very friendly. Secure parking . Breakfast ok, but not worth the money. Would stay again, but without Breakfast! "
