"Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since."

"It’s walkable to Antwerp-Berchem station. Super close to Aldi and Lidl. These are all plus other than it’s chic ambience. I’ll definitely come back again if staying in Antwerp."

"The highlight of my stay here was the manager Martin. Martin was on beck and call, helping me with my every request. Martin even helped me get bubble wrap to safeguard my trinkets I bought while in Europe. The property is stunning and unique. The location is a close enough walk to the main city draws as well as some hidden neighbrohoods."

"The room was large and comfortable. It was a really good to relax and spread out in. Many european hotels are pretty small but this was larger than most American hotel rooms. The breakfast was perfect. I’m not big into heavy greasy breakfast. They provided good fruit nuts and eggs. Cereals and yogurt were there but also vegetables like sliced peppers and olives. It’s much better for getting going to walk and explore. The staff was always nice and even helped me find the right location. I ended...
