Good hotel, need transportation to events good over all

No issues as described, great for being close to airport for an early start

The Borneo Eagle is an exclusive five star hotel - newly launched. The staff are excellent, facilities good - the only issue we had was the plethora of sand flies which caused a lot of issues sitting outside. We talked to the Manager about this and understand a machine is being shipped to deal with this issue - also the beach on the offside of the hotel was covered with plastic bottles and rubbish, which should be cleared on a daily basis to support the high quality nature of the hotel.

Cleanliness, all staff interaction. Overall good experience
