「Von vorne bis hinten ein hervorragender Aufenthalt! Unser Butler Namal hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch Umberto (Manager) ist stets darum bemüht das alles seine Ordnung hat. Zudem hat uns der Umgang mit den Hunden gefallen. Sie werden gefüttert und auch der Tierarzt kommt alle paar Wochen vorbei. The only thing was the hotel is based in the Tamil speaking region so it would’ve been great to be greeted and approached in Tamil as well. Kindly use both the national languages or use English entirely. 」
