"The staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the problems caused by Expedia's confusing booking system. The room had a lovely outlook upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping, the staff often don't answer the phone if you ring to query the booking, and the parking is diabolical. If you have a large car you probably won't be able to fit in there. "

"Good location, close to all the stonefield shops. We had the 2 bedroom family room which was very spacious and was perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Added a Portacot for $25. Lots of parking and the property was quiet. during the day there’s some noise from the building going up next door but overall very happy"

Only slight moan was that it was a bit noisy as not well insulated from outside noise, and 2 out of 3 nights had large group of what looked like hotel staff sitting at entrance to hotel talking and laughing at 10.30pm.
