Got a double bed when asked for a king, would not change for us. Hard bed and pillows. Got sick from terrible salty yucky food. Hard and uncomfortable loungers on beach. Only meal that was ok was breakfast. The best thing was your servers: Rodrigo Fernandez and Juaquin for beach service, Probably will never go back again!!

Staff were so polite and nice. I liked the cleanliness. Food and environment were so good. I loved the breakfast menu. I enjoyed staying there for 3 nights. The amenities were excellent. Absolutely the best vacation i have been on un decades!!!! So easy, so nice, Absolutely perfect service... melany at the frint was the best, other amazing staff.. at the bar Cesar, Rafael and others that i dont remember name. Daniel was an amazing beach waiter. $5 cab ride to downtown P.V..... i so needed this vacation and i can not find ine bad thing to say. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VACATION EXPERIENCE WITH 5 STAR AMENITIES AND SERVICE!!!!!!! I will becoming back here for every single vacation until i die. 100!!
