We chose this specific resort because it was new. The resort is exceptionally clean, beautifully landscaped, and rooms well designed and spacious. Between the three properties that you have access to, we found Ventus Ha the best. However, it’s very important to note that the beach suffers from seaweed type issue. There is no wide open beach front. If you are looking for lounging on the sand, and beautiful water this is NOT for you. The water has man made barriers that we think is an attempt to keep the seaweed at bay. It is not helping.
This resort is very family friendly. We thought we could just stay at the adult only areas for more privacy and quiet, but that was not the case. Teens were with their parents, and allowed to stay. Teens were not causing issue, but not the vibe we wanted.
Resort gets an A for effort in food presentation, but taste is average to not good. No high quality meals here. Reservation system to book seating is you can only make two reservations per day. We think that unless you are time share owners, or paid for their platinum level, you could barely get a reservation. We were told either nothing available (there were 2 in our party), but were able to score 9:30 and 8:30 dining times. Our biggest disappointment was at Kobo. This is their habachi style restaurant. While every else was enjoying the flames and knife ‘show’, ours had zero show. Cook never spoke. Our table was confused. They didn’t explain. Resort could be much better overall.
