No need to have an automobile while visiting as this area is perfect to explore by foot, bike, or scooter. Walk to downtown, Wickenden St, Wayland or Thayer St in minutes.

Spend a weekend visiting local colleges and find yourself transported back in time to the early days of the American Industrial Revolution. When your feet meet the herringbone brick, you will know you are home.

THE SPACE

This 1-bedroom, 1-bath 2nd floor Brownstone condo combines historic charm with artistic character, reflecting the creative spirit of nearby RISD.

The open layout includes a spacious kitchen with high-quality appliances that adjoins a cozy, fully furnished living area brimming with period architectural details and unique touches. The bedroom and bathroom are located up a few steps and tucked away, offering privacy.

The property features a courtyard where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or relax with an evening drink. Inside, you'll find extra plush bath towels and hotel-quality bedding with hypoallergenic duvets for a luxurious stay.

Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will enjoy full uninterrupted access to the entire first floor condo. This historic property does not permit digital locks on any doors so the only access is by keys. You will be provided a key that works all outside doors and apartment doors. You can use the courtyard but must be mindful of noise at all times and not disturb the neighbors. Guests do not have access to any other private court within the Row. Guests are not permitted to gather or loiter in the common area hallways.

Please Note:

- Children ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests, but we do require that you let us know how many kids will be with your group so we can account for them-
- An on street visitor parking pass will be provided by the Host. This pass must be returned at checkout. There is no overnight street parking in Providence without a permit.

PLEASE TAKE CAUTION: THERE IS A SPIRAL STAIRCASE IN THE BACK PATIO LEADING TO THE OTHER TENANTS. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND MINDFUL OF IT AND DO NOT CLIMB IT.

Dreamy historic condo.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! I’ll start with the gorgeous high ceilings, spacious living room with oversized comfy furniture. The bed felt like a California King, and was super comfortable. I actually pulled the sheets back to see what type of mattress it was! You could not ask for a better location. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, the art museum, and riverfront. We will for sure be going back and staying here again.

Loved the location! The decor was very nice with only a few small things that could be upgraded. So nice to have laundry facilities. Came home with all clean clothes!! Will stay here again!!
