"Only reason for stopping at 4 stars is the fact that the hotel does not have an elevator to access the 3-4 stories of the hotel. I am in a wheelchair and that caused a pretty big problem for me. Luckily I can walk for a short distance, so I was able to make it to our room in a few phases. Room, view, dining room, pool all spectacular. Best breakfast buffet in years!!!"

"Resort setting. Restaurant pricing was high, meal was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding. No elevator, staff carried suitcases to room. Right on the ocean, didn't have time to enjoy as we had to move on to our next stop. Place seemed to be popular. WiFi provided. Free parking. Staff spoke English."

"Vi havde et godt ophold på Slowdown Hotel, hvor faciliteterne var flotte, og personalet meget imødekommende. Hotellet har en skøn atmosfære, og servicen var rigtig god. Dog oplevede vi, at hotellet ikke var særlig børnevenligt. Poolens åbningstider for børn var meget begrænsede (kun 10-12 og 14-16), men dette var slet ikke nævnt ved booking, hvilket var en stor skuffelse, da vi havde valgt hotellet netop for at kunne nyde poolen sammen som familie. "wonderful charming town,service excellent.Not good for handicapped people,there are no elevator.Rooms upstairs.Breakfast was included and wonderful.We enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay there again."

"There was a Golden Anniversary party the night we were scheduled to stay and the hostess noted music might go until 3 am. They found us a beautiful substitute location that my wife and I utterly enjoyed - and a very, very quiet night! I so appreciated the effort to find us great night of sleep."

"This was one one of our favorite places we stayed at while in Germany. Our room was big and and clean . Very close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I could live in this apartment!! "

"Lovely hotel. Only disconnect we experienced is the fact that we initially received most likely the worst room in the entire hotel. After double checking my reservation, I asked the front desk to check my reservation and sure enough, I was moved to one of the nicer rooms. That should not happen in the hear 2023! "
