"The shower at Studio Cabin 7 was a dribble… also, it was impossible to reach the receptionist by phone. Aside from these issues, the cabin was super clean, well equipped and spacious. The communal cooking area was also clean."

"The studio apartments are just out of town. So you can walk to town. It’s about a 15 minute walk. The studios are quite odd because the bathrooms are all renovated and look beautiful but the rooms are odd matched furniture and look a little tired. We stayed in a king and there were only three pillows so that meant one person could not have two. The bed was comfortable. The location was quiet."

"We had the most wonderful, relaxing time in Lower Gellibrand, we did not want to leave. It was so quiet and peaceful, we could sit and look at the view all day (from the bed or bath). The kitchen is really well equipped and Matthew was an exceptional host, very warm and welcoming - the local honey, tea, butter, olives and the amazing garden were much appreciated. Thank you Matthew, we will be back again next time we are in Australia. "

"We stayed in Rivernook with our 2 dogs. Absolutely beautiful location with rolling hills one side and beach the other. Well equipped cottage, comfy beds. Had some kangaroos come to visit as well. Will definitely stay again."

"Fantastic place for our two families to enjoy time together. Clean, walking distance to beach and communication with the most was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the back paved area and yard with enough space for our young children to run around. We will be back."

Putting the x in lux

"We had lovely weather driving up. This was an overnight stay for our Great Ocean Rd two day trip. It looked lovely on the pictures, but it is so much better. It is not only luxury accommodation but super clean, swiss level! They pay attention to little things, going the extra mile to, putting the x in lux. Breakfast was great with lovely music and with a lovely view of the garden."
