"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. "There are no signs down on the ground floor so it is hard to find. It is not really a hotel as I would consider a hotel but like rooms to rent. The desk is often unmanned & the lady doesn’t speak English but used Google translate however she is helpful and if you are not too fussy the accommodation is adequate. A kettle in the room would be good. My room had no window. Over al it was ok."
