"It is an old hotel which is being well kept. If your looking for a modern hotel with conveniences this is not for you. No coffee in the lobby or room, but decent breakfast served at 8am, with expresso machine. The staff was professional, but not outwardly friendly. If you take the time to speak to them they are fine. The shower was awkward, with a hose and nozzle in a bathtub that forced us to shower bent over. Clean, historic, but very old school. "

"Great staff and very convenient and quiet hotel if you’re planning on visiting Pilsner urquell brewery. It’s a 5 mn walk from the train station and 5 mn from the brewery. The old town is also a 10-15mn walk from there. "

"The location is convenient for arriving from the main road but also good for walking through the gardens to the centre of town. Facilities are clean and well thought out. We were lucky enough to have a nice balcony."
