For the safety of everyone and the preservation of this beautiful forest, OUTSIDE FIRES are PROHIBITED. Additionally, a $750 charge will be imposed if first responders of any kind are required to visit the property for disturbance or fires.

Water runs off a well with triple filter filtration system, but water can appear slightly discolored due to high iron mineral content. The water has been tested and is safe for use.

Cell Phones service may not be available.

Wifi for email and calls (no streaming). VHS and DVD as well as board games available.

This is a family cabin, NOT meant for partying.

Cozy cabin in the woods.
Nice little getaway in the mountains. It would have been more enjoyable if the temperature hadn't been over 100 in Prescott.

Quite disappointing
The host was very communicative in giving directions & instructions. The forest is beautiful, & we saw 2 deer. The back porch is very peaceful to sit & relax. It is a short drive to Lynx Lake. The address number on the cabin doesn't match the number given. The keylock was difficult to open. The cabin is dark, dingy, cluttered & dilapidated. The floor/carpet is worn. There is no light in one of the bedrooms. The lights on the living room wall don't work. The other lights are very dim. The room with the bunk bed is cluttered with storage so high that it blocks one of the windows. There isn't enough space between the mattresses of the bunk beds, and the top mattress is torn with the strips hanging down to the bottom bunk. I suppose the tap water might have minerals causing it to be brown & stains the toilet & shower. Thanks to the host for leaving us bottled water. The seating of the outside swing & the picnic table are broken. This was not worth the price.

Cabin in Walker
My wife and I stayed for a couple nights. This cabin is tucked into the woods, very peaceful and beautiful scenery. Seen wildlife near by. Had a great time and the cabin was a perfect get away from the city. We will definitely be staying here again!
