An unattractive entrance to the block of apartments, and if the bedrooms had been furnished with matching bedding/linen it would have felt more welcoming. Things like an older ladder next to the wardrobe and the vaccum cleaner behind the bedroom door, didn't impress our friend. "The hotel is a little hard to find because the sign is small but it is worth the search. Our room was huge and very clean. We would stay there again. Tip: There is not a 24 hour reception desk. Check your email for after hour check in directions. This wasn't a hardship or deterrent, just a head's up"

"Although I was in an 8 bed dorm with a youth group aged 11 to 14 I was not as surprised as they were when I moved in. As retired teacher I was used to children like them but they went quiet when I walked into the dorm. The youth leader tried to get me moved out but this was the only bottom bunk in the massive modern Generator Hostel.
