"We rented the house for our family Christmas get-together. We were after a place large enough for everyone to spread out, have personal space, gather together, eat and play games, and have fun. It met every box on our check list. The property was just as described if not even better! The living areas were absolutely amazing - each offering the most amazing view of wide open spaces, sunrise and sunset views! Plenty of room to spread out.Curtains were available where they were necessary....

"Very efficient use of space and the furnishings were nice. Do wish there had been a tv in the bedroom as it was cold out and it would have been nice to curl up with a movie. Due to weather could not utilize backyard but could imagine that would be a nice experience. Would book again."

"Spacious home with lots of room for our family of 7 to gather to celebrate the New Year together. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, great appliances, ample seating and large tables for board games. We walked and ran the paths at nearby park daily. Super easy check-in and check out. "Rented this property since it was pretty close to the arena and it was fantastic...close to good food, just outside the city and near the campus. Safe area with the option of back alley parking or front street which was always available.the host answered questions quickly and was helpful with area recommendations.....overall great time and great house"

"Charles was very responsive. The houses were spacious. Kids loved the hot tubs. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 14. Housekeeping was lacking as the top floor in One of the houses. The floor was covered in dog hair. One of the children was highly allergic to dog hair and woke up with swollen eyes. In that particular side the towels smelled like vomit. We did take care of that immediately since there is a washer and dryer on site. Our wish list, The bedrooms and bathrooms...

"My boyfriend and I brought our dog with us to stay here. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and decorated for the holidays. There are a lot of signs in the neighborhood asking for me to curb my dog (which I can do). Not used to so many signs asking for the dogs not to relieve themselves, use the yard. Would stay here again"

"My group stayed here for the OSU and TN game. Its location for games is nice. We walked from the house. Its old and creaky but was good for our needs. Nice sauna and hottub. Youtube tv and internetinternwrt worked great."

"I was in Columbus, travelling from Toronto Canada and just needed somewhere to hang my hat for one night. Being gone for most of the evening at business events, I never arrived to the condo until almost 11pm. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the condo( instructions on how to get in were laid out very nicely) because it had that really cool downtown, "coffee culture" feel with exposed brick and industrial ceilings. "All was good for our 1 night stay. We are onky from Dayton but saw Disney on Ice and stayed close to hang out and swim. The kids loved their first hotel (usually in more of a condo air b&b these days), they thought it was super cool. Good little view and saw the sunset in the room. Pool was just a bit cold, 100% couldve just been me. Breakfast was good and options were just as expectes and plentiful. Hashbrowns were the best lol. Thanks for the safe stay!"
