The space
Saturate yourself in calm and comfortable essence of Gardensong in our beautifully maintained 5-bedroom, 3- full bathroom home. Experience it's modern elegance in spacious living areas including an open concept contemporary kitchen, two patios, game room, private gym, sitting rooms and expansive backyard. Enjoy plenty of room for you and your whole party to sit together at our 12-seat dining table or up to 16 with add on table. Convenient on-site parking includes two garage spaces for inclement weather and plenty of space for all your guests. Embark on a leisurely stroll through the adjacent neighborhood, discover local trails and sights nearby, or set out to enjoy the nearby brewery scene or historic splendor of Portland's Old Port or Freeport Downtown. To enhance your stay, we provide a range of amenities including yard games, baby/ kid items, accessibility items, and even event and transportation services for an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these house rules, which are in place to ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay for all guests. We are reasonable and fair people, please ask us if you have any questions!

ATTENTION: Additional fees apply for over 14 guests. Please contact the host for more information and to get access to the air mattresses for additional guests.

ATTENTION: Prior approval from the host is required for any events or parties. Additional fees will apply for events or parties. Unauthorized events or parties will be promptly cancelled without any refund.

ATTENTION: Please treat our home with respect. Additional fees will be imposed for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning required and/or moving our furniture around requiring additional time and energy.

ATTENTION: We reserve the right to check-in during your stay via outside inspection. We do not enter the home during your stay without your express, mutually agreed upon, consent, OR unless we have valid reason to believe house rules are being violated.

We respectfully ask that you enforce quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise indoors. Amplified loud speakers are not permitted outside the home. Please contain excessive noise indoors out of respect for our neighbors.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or in the garage. If you need to smoke, please use the porches and be sure to dispose of remnants and smell properly and refrain from leaving traces of this on the floors or inside the house. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.

There is a lift that is available for people of all abilities to use. The weight limit is 400 lbs. (2-3 people or 1 person with luggage). The door close automatically after 18 seconds. Kindly treat this feature with care and patience so it can be available for those who require it!

Vehicles must be parked on pavement or in the garage to maintain the property's integrity. A fine of $100 will be imposed for any violations.

Kindly inform the host about the number of guests staying, as the property has permanent sleeping accommodations for 14 or temporary accommodations for up to 18 guests. Additional fees apply.

If you are bringing pets, please inform your host of the number, breed, and size. Please make sure your pet is properly trained or properly regulated as to not cause excessive damage to the property or excessive disturbance to our neighbors. Please clean up after your pet. Any excessive damages or misuse of this courtesy are subject to additional fines.

Please only flush toilet paper. Our septic system cannot handle anything else! The system will be working when you check in, so if it is experiencing issues upon check out, you will be responsible for any fees. This will be a MINIMUM of $500, so please please only flush toilet paper!!
