"Lovely place comfortable room. Very Clean only thing that lets this place down is the breakfast. Was expecting breakfast to be a little more than just full english. There are no cereals, fruit available to help yourself instead they charge extra for it. Plus the tea and coffee wasnt very forth coming. "

"Had a wonderful time - hotel adjacent to the cathedral so perfect location. Near lots of restaurants, bars and shops - walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Bar onsite until 11pm. Communal sitting room. Complimentary water. Continental breakfast included with option of paying for a delicious full cooked breakfast prepared to your liking. Room spacious, lovely and warm, a view of the cathedral a bonus. tea and coffee in room. We parked in a carpark on the hotel’s list, phoned the hotel...

"A couple of Christmas functions going on the night we stayed so naturally bar service was a little slow. I think the staff may be a little tired as well as it wasn’t quite up to its usual standards but still overall a comfortable stay. We will go back. "

"Cant speak highly enough about our stay. We stayed in one of the hop pickers huts, which was lovely. We ate dinner at the pig which the food was without fault. My only criticism is that breakfast was not included and had to pay extra for this.... Which after paying nearly £400 for the room seemed a bit harsh! But again the food at breakfast was lovely and the staff couldnt be more attentive. "

"Excellent stay the night before an early morning EuroTunnel crossing. The hotel is very close to the terminal and we were there in 5 minutes. There was some issues with the car park as a lot of it was blocked off (installing electric car charging points) but the hotel staff told me where I could park instead which was very convenient. Service was excellent and the breakfast was better than I was expecting. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. "
