Jamaica Palace is Peaceful, Calm and Quiet with a Guaranteed Warm and Comfortable Welcome, no matter what time of year. It is spacious and clean. The grounds and pool are Amazing too. It is just missing a few touches that would make it great (etc. extra amenities such as a gym, tv in dinning room, cable in the rooms, access to open bar near the pool, concierge for things to do around the area, etc)

What I like most about this property is the staff, they are amazing. The friendly greeting at the gate by security to the warm welcome at the front desk (especially Tisha) and the gleaming smiles from the breakfast staff to start your day. Ms Elizabeth is always with a pleasant smile whenever you ran into during a walk. The property is very clean and housekeeping team always seems eager to keep such cleanliness intact at all times. However, the property is very dated, the rooms and bathroom would be so much brighter and lighter with an upgrade. Overall this place is one I would recommend if you need a quiet place to stay outside of town but not too far away. WiFi service was very good I got plenty of work done including zoom meetings.

Staff was amazing. We went through a Cat 4 hurricane while we were here. The staff was very attentive and even moved our rooms closer to the dining hall. Beautiful surroundings quiet and as described online.
