"Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel run by Ivana and Monica. Ivana was very kind and helpful, always ready to meet my requests! "Very friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool, especially after you've just ridden 100 miles through the Dolomites. Their restaurant is in a separate wooden constructed building close to the pool. Great atmosphere in side. The serving staff were a little stressed, but very helpful. The food, full priced, was superb. Portions adequate but not large. If you're hungry you'd enjoy 4 courses. All 11 in the group really enjoyed their meal. "
