"The cottage was nice, rustic and nautically decorated. The location was good for the areas we wanted to visit. Safety Concerns: The porch steps to the side door were very steep - should be 4 or 5 not 3. The mold in the upstairs shower was a issue, and the lack of useful railing on the steps to the upstairs. The decorative railing was difficult to use for balance."

"Very cute cottage. Very comfy beds, nice linens. Great furnishings. Ok location. We had an infant with us who is crawling. We checked for baby hazards when we got there. We found lots of trash and a dish towel under the couch. The carpet in the living room was old, stained and had pet hair on it. The tub wasn’t the cleanest. Some cracked walls and dirty molding. "Property is super clean and the owner has plenty of toiletries available. The beds are horrible though and the neighborhood is pretty sketchy… police patrols came through in pairs…every night and the neighbors stole food off the porch the first night so don’t bother using Uber eats."

"This home was way more than expected from the photos online, meaning the owners have a beautiful home, wonderful space for any size family. We loved it! it was convenient for our fishing trip, just minutes away from the public boat access. It was also easy travel with a 27 footer. We hope to be returning for a longer stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at this beach cottage. It's not fancy but enough room to enjoy our family and have a short, private walk to the beach. On the hottest day (99 with total humidity) the ac struggled a little to keep up but was fine for more average summer temps.
