Stunning Waterside Cottage in Poole Harbour

This fisherman's cottage is possibly in THE PERFECT location in Poole. Situated within a stones throw (literally) from the Sea, and right next to the Fisherman's Dock, with direct access to the sea side foot walk onto the Poole Quayside and Town Centre. There is an abundance of activities that you can book to include Fishing Trips, Dive Boats, Sailing Boats, Parascending and more, as well as fantastic array of bars and restaurants that cater for all ages and tastes. The two bedrooms both have stunning sea views, with the master bedroom looking out over the harbour and across to Brownsea Island. There is a comfy lounge area with all expected facilities and a dining area that leads out onto the 'sun trap' patio and garden that backs onto the harbour and is absolutely perfect for BBQ, playing with your children or just relaxing in the sunshine. This fantastic property is child friendly and has off street parking for 2 cars / boats.

Perfect location

The cottage is in the ideal location, right on the water and within minutes of the quayside where you can enjoy lunch and dinner if you don’t want to go further afield.Perfect for the dog with an enclosed garden and the sea to swim in and a lovely green area five minutes walk away.

Great location and lovely place to stay

The house had everything you could need. A lovely garden well equipped for sitting out to watch the boats and the sea. Sea view from front and back. A perfect location for the beach and the town quay, restaurants, shops etc We really enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Break

We had a lovely weekend break in Poole Quay, the cottage was just perfect. Lovely and cosy, beautifully clean, comfortable beds and superb location, couldn't ask for any more. Excellent communication from the owner who called to reassure that all was well given the recent storms. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and hopefully will return again soon.

Lovley property, fantastic position.

Nice house, great position right on the harbour, lovley walks both ways along the seafront into poole and Sandbanks in the other direction. Needed to contact the host to ask a question and Andy was very helpfull and responded to sort out queries immediacy, highly recommend.

Great house

We had a lovely few days at the cottage. Super views of the harbour, while preparing food in the kitchen, good access to shops and restaurants, dog walks on the doorstep. The house was very clean, the goodies left for us were welcome. We didn’t need to contact the owner as everything went very well.

As soon as we walked in the property it felt fresh and homely. The garden for our little dog was a bonus and it's sunny in the garden all day. The position of it was amazing for walks and location to Poole Quay for entertainment, food and shopping on the doorstep. Definitely would love to return soon Sarah O'Neill

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside!

This small house is well-equipped, clean and has all you need for a good holiday. I dislike rental places that overdo all the ornaments and don’t leave room for your stuff, and I particularly like plenty of storage for my clothes shoes etc. This place is perfect on all accounts, just the right amount of pictures etc and lots and lots of storage. It was lovely watching boats and people from the dining room and if it had not been windy – even better on the sunny patio.

We had a really happy holiday in your lovely cottage. Weather was actually great bar a huge thunderstorm overnight which we mostly slept through! It was great having wifi. A good router hugely enhances anyone's holiday options and planning - an "essential" these days, really, in order to feel at home, which we did. Just for info the dining room sliding door has a loose screw (the bottom one is shot). We got the knack of locking and unlocking it but it could do with fixing before the top screw also gives up! We very much hope to return next year. Many thanks. 5 stars! PS. If you ever decide to sell we'd be interested!

Fantastic property, with fabulous views in a great location

Lovely house and garden in a fantastic location, near all amenities. A wide range of pubs and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Sadly beach is only good for swimming if you have 4 legs!!! A very generous hamper was much appreciated on our arrival. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Get Away

Had an amazing 3 night stay at this property which is situated overlooking sea and harbour and only a short stroll to the pubs and restaurants. Property was spotlessly clean when we arrived with a lovely welcome pack which was a very thoughtful touch, including milk and butter in the fridge. Property is very well kitted out and was very much like home to home. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back. Thank you :)

Great seaside cottage

Lovely little seaside cottage right on the harbour. Close to Poole Quay, with restaurants, pubs and bars a plenty. Host was super helpful and checkin simple. Good parking for two cars. Even had a working little Webber bbq. Recommended.

Great location only 8 min stroll to Poole quay with pubs/restaurants. Cottage ideal for myself, my daughter and 2 dogs. Garden ideal for dogs. Great contact with owner. Would have liked a smart tv but apart from that was a lovely stay
