"Room and bathroom isvery nice, as is the pub, it also has a decent menu. The bed was quite hard, but then many hotel beds do tend to be on the harder side. Complementary biscuits, chocolate and drinks were a nice added touch. Customer service was okay but could have been a bit more friendly. We took our dinner back to the room, t would have been nice if it could have bleed delivered though. Overall a nice stay"

"Good location, decent sized room and comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom facilities clean. Gym facilities are good by hotel standards and the in room fridge was a bonus. The room aircom unit is dated, not easy to navigate, and not very effective. The hotel has 2 main lifts, one was out of order for my whole stay with no explanation or updates. "

"It was comfortable. Clean beddings. Served the purpose. We were at a room without windows but it didn’t matter that much as we were out most times. I just wish English breakfast was available that’s all. We had a good deal though with Travelodge as kids below 16 have free breakfast 😊"
