"I feel very comfortable in this hotel. It is a great space for the price. Rooms are cleaned every day. Owners are very helpful and friendly. It is in Lakeside, a very touristy area but the neighbors are nice also. It is 2 blocks from the lake. When the power goes out, they have solar power and solar WiFi. This is a Nepali hotel with Western features or you can have smaller less expensive rooms that are truly Nepali."

"I stayed at a KGH The Maya Manor boutique in Kathmandu. Thought I’d give the Himalayan a try. Was not disappointed. Absolutely OUTSTANDING in every respect!! The room for clean and tidy, Guest services were outstanding… The views of the Annapurna range are beyond compare! The spa is incredibly affordable and relaxing! Great fitness center . All in all an outstanding stay and would go again!"

"On our return from our long trek, the staff at Hotel Adam were once again genuinely friendly and could not do enough for us. Our room was excellent value for money with a balcony overlooking the lake. We had a brilliant thai massage recommended by Adam,and also took a balloon flight over the lake and near by valley. The views were breathtaking and we were so grateful that Adam recommended the sunrise flight allowing us to see sunrise over the mountains. The breakfasts were excellent and staff...
