"The room was lovely, clean and tidy but for an older couple who sometimes get up during the night a corner room on the top floor with low ceilings was not very practical! Breakfast was a good offering. Located very close to old town."

"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"X1 night at Hameln, hotel good location for getting into beautiful old town, not so good food at Ambrosia. Missed the Pied piper museum as arrived to late and not open to couples on Mondays but enjoyed the stay"

"Ich habe die Unterkunft im Rahmen eines Messebesuchs in Hannover besucht. Es ist zwar eher eine Unterkunft für Wanderer / Freizeitaktivitäten. Trotzdem ist alles da, was man braucht: Ruhe, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück und sehr gutes Abendessen, sowie sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Insgesamt könnten die Zimmer etwas renoviert werden. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Ich würde die Unterkunft empfehlen. "

"Very cute hotel with very kind/nice staffs!! Breakfast was tasty. Front desk closes at 9pm, so if you arrive later than that, you need to communicate with hotel how to receive your room key. My room has eaves and felt super tight at the shower, so you may tell tem you need room with high ceiling if you are tall. "

"Fantastic place! The room was perfect for one person, not sure how two would get though. The room is clean and modern, has a sink and a shower so you only need to share a toilet. All the shared facilities were clean and there seemed to be an army of housekeeping staff cleaning all the time. Rooms are designed really smartly and the bed and bedding were super comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the main trains station and you have loads of places to eat very close. "

"This hotel was vibey and very clean with small but very functional rooms. I enjoyed staying here with the exception of the "room service" meal. It's not actually room service, you have to go downstairs to get it when it's ready, which I didn't realize, so I was waiting and waiting for my food to be delivered (which had said ETA 20 min) before I checked my order and realized I had to go downstairs. Also could not order beverages on the room service website. I had put a note in my order to please call me to advise how to order drinks, with my phone number included. I never received a call. When I went to get my food 45 minutes after I ordered it, they told me what I ordered was actually not available. They said they tried to call me, but it "didn't work". So why not come to my room and let me know? I had to pick something different and come back in 10 minutes. Then they handed the food to me on an open plate, which I had to carry back to my room. I was very disappointed in this service, as the plate was hot and I felt like I was going to drop it while carrying a bunch of other things. When I was done eating, I had to leave the food in a corner of my room, because I knew they were not going to come get it if I left it outside. I just don't think this deserves to be called "room service", and I would have rather eaten in the hotel restaurant if I had known it would be like this."
