"This was our second year staying here and we had another lovely experience. The location to the beach is fantastic. Jay is a great host and was in communication for any needs we had. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and accessible vacation spot blocks away from the beach. Not to mention parking is included! We'll be back again for sure. "This is a large apartment with stunning vieas of NYC, especiallly the world trade center. My family stayed here when we visited Manhattan over a long weekend. 2 nice sized bedrooms and a big kitchen/living area. Only 1 bathroom, so plan accordingly if multiple people need to shower. There is a second bathroom on the top floor in the rec room, which also has a great outdoor space to relax. There is a big TV with Netflix, and other streaming services. Parking was preyty easy. "A great location that was not only close to our son but to so many restaurants and public transportation (bus, ferry, path). Rental was on the 5th floor but elevator made access a breeze. I'm sure we will be returning for future visits. "
