The unit offers a fully stocked kitchen w/ Keurig & Air Fryer, gas stove and outdoor bbq. Small ofc area w/desk, chair & monitor. Guests have access to entire unit. This is a standalone home & not shared w/other guests or owner. Full size bar available, u supply the alcohol!
The space
Cozy, two bedroom cottage located just off Main Street in downtown Pleasanton. Fully fenced in front yard is perfect your favorite four legged friend to roam around in. Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave and Air Fryer.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Just a quick 10 minute walk to vibrant downtown Pleasanton, which has a wide array of shopping and dining options. Lovely front porch view with comfy outdoor chairs.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage. The unit is not shared with the owner or other guests.
Other things to note
There are train tracks near the Cottage, and the train periodically goes by, so you will, at times, hear the bell and horn of the train.

Free parking on the street in front of the home.

The Saturday Farmers Market, held on Saturdays in Main Street, just a short
10 minute walk from the Cottage, is always a fun visit!

There are large garbage cans behind the Cottage. The blue can is for recyclables and the black can is for trash.
