The Space:
This romantic 2,150 sq ft | 199 sqm loft at the Magia condo complex is a couple’s perfect getaway to the Mexican Caribbean! The loft is equipped with all the comforts of home while the property has luxury resort-style amenities to ensure a comfortable stay in sunny paradise. After a stay here you’ll leave rested, refreshed, and probably with sun-kissed skin!

The space features the following:

- The SITTING/LIVING AREA on the main level has a comfy L-shaped sofa and a beautiful natural wood coffee table set on a super soft floor rug. This area has been thoughtfully designed for interaction and conversation with a wall-mounted Smart TV & an Apple TV device with applications such as HBO, Amazon, Netflix, etc. for you to sign in on your own account when enjoying relaxing downtime moments at home.

- A FULL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN has high-end quality appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Great for saving a little bit of cash or in case you don’t want to leave your cozy love nest!

- 1 BEDROOM with a king bed on the second floor and 1.5 Baths to accommodate 2 guests.

- An upstairs full bathroom that features a SPA TUB where you can soak all your worries away and plenty of closet space to unpack all your belongings so that you can feel right at home.

- From the bedroom, you have direct access through the sliding doors to the PRIVATE TERRACE w/a HAMMOCK, table, and chairs where you can relax with a book or just enjoy a beverage while you people watch! Open the doors all the way for an extension of the space and let in the fresh ocean breeze!

- WASHER and DRYER in the unit and other thoughtful extras like bath & beach towels, some basic essentials, and a hairdryer for complimentary use and convenience.

- Long-term stays are available. There’s also a LAPTOP-FRIENDLY WORKSPACE and WiFi. Great for the remote worker!

Plus, at Magia, you’ll find a large resort-style pool, a smaller one for the kids, sun beds and lounge areas, a gym (open 9 am to 7 pm) and 24/7 security. There’s free covered parking in the event you’re arriving by car. But just know, everything in Playa del Carmen is within walking distance of the Magia condo complex!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay and shared access to the complex amenities onsite.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in Magia in downtown Playa del Carmen just a block from the beach and fun beach clubs nearby like Mamitas, Zenzi, Lido and Coralina. You'll be just a block from the famous Fifth Ave. where you’ll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques & souvenir shops, nightlife, & plenty of people-watching! Also you'll find vibrant shopping malls nearby like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alégria, & the shops at Calle Corazón with dozens of boutiques, international chains, and restaurants along the avenue. Plus, you can walk to nearby supermarkets like Walmart, Soriana/Mega and Chedraui Selecto and convenience stores like 7-11 & OXXO.

There’s so much to see and do around Playa -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more!

Getting Around:
The property is about 34.5 mi | 55.5 km from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware of the parking meters you'll need to pay from 10 am to 10 pm. There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
The condo is currently for sale, so brief showings may be scheduled during your stay.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure to determine consumption. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- The property uses security cameras on the premises for safety reasons only.
- It is requested to use the safe in the apartment for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers inside the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
- We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.

Magia Condo
Very nice property in a very good location. Our host Angel was outstanding in communicating. Only negative was ovetbearing security guard at the pool. He insisted guests carry their heavy suitcases rather than roll them to their units,. He also confronted guests who attempted to move umbrellas on whells to prvide better shade, defying all common sense. Whil we did not experience these problems, I hewitnessed these episodes, and many guests at the property were very put off by his nonsense, and commented they would not stay at the property again because of this treatment.

Amazing place!
Just as described! Stay was perfect! Place is in ideal location right off of 5th Avenue and one block from beach. Parking garage underneath is perfect for parking. Pools right on property great for a dip and staff so friendly and always helpful.
