When the sun gets too hot, swim in the clear, refreshing water. The bay at Playa de Mogan is almost completely enclosed by the harbor and breakwater, making it a safe and fun place to swim. The calm water is also popular with an array of sea life. Rent a snorkel and discover schools of fish that search for food close to the breakwater.
You can also get out on the water at Playa de Mogan. Rent Jet Skis to explore the nearby coastline. For something more serene, rent a kayak or paddleboat.
Stroll around the curved bay to the harbor where you can watch the fishing boats as they return to their moorings. Finally, make your way along the promenade to one of the waterfront restaurants. Eat tapas and fresh fish or try one of the excellent Italian or Chinese restaurants. Several bars stay open late into the evening. Enjoy a few drinks and then stroll back to your hotel along the sand and look up for spectacular views of the stars above.
