"There were four of us ladies who met up in Boulder for the weekend from out-of-town. This was the perfect place for us to stay! It cannot be exaggerated how clean it was, how organized the kitchen, beds and bedding were comfy, and it was in the absolute perfect location near Pearl Street. The homeowner checked in on us to make sure everything was okay and was an excellent communicator throughout. We will definitely stay here again when we visit and highly recommend this property for a Boulder...

"We had a party of 10 with 4 adults a 16 year old, 2 13 year olds, 2 9 year olds, and a 7 year old with plenty of space for all to be comfortable. The home was perfectally located right by Hideaway Park to make everything accessible for walking and biking, with all the trails we love close by. Barely drove the car and biked everywhere. The place was super clean and worked perfect for our larger group."

"We’ve stayed in WP many times and the location and views at this property cannot be beat. The property is great. They thought of everything including extra kitchen storage in the dining room. 2 tall cabinets allowed us to store all our snacks, meal prep items and adult beverage items off the kitchen counters so it was easy to keep the kitchen tidy. The guys liked being able to grab a snack without getting in the middle of meal prep. Pots and pans were very nice. Beds were super comfortable....

"We came to Nederland to hike and experience the town and couldn’t have been happier. Lots of little treats like extra slippers for inside, jackets for outside and snacks waiting on the table. House was a short walk into town and perfectly comfortable. "

"The property was very nice and everything was as described in the listing. The only difference might be what they consider ski/out versus what we thought. Basically the property is the same distance from the base as the close parking lot. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean, and there was good amenities for kitchen and bathrooms etc. We would stay here again."
