We are 2 blocks from Carson Street! You'll be in the heart of South Side. Loads of bars, great food, and interesting shops. There's also a ton of history in the area.

Getting Around:
All cars require a temporary DIGITAL (not physical) parking permit from the city for parking in permit zones surrounding the home. We provide instructions for you to obtain a permit for each of your vehicles. Please read our house manual or message us for details.

Other Things to Note:
We do not supply propane for the grill or fire pit. We have tanks at each home you can refill and we will reimburse up to $30 for one full tank per appliance for each reservation, with a valid receipt.

In one of the queen rooms, please note that we provide an additional rollaway twin bed conveniently stored in the closet for your use. This ensures flexibility in sleeping arrangements while maintaining ample space when not in use.

* This home has a steep set of stairs going from the 2nd to 3rd floor.

* There is ongoing city infrastructure projects near our property. There may be construction activity which might include daytime noise and occasional street closures. Parking is available on the surrounding streets.
