"This is the best place to stay in Bhubaneswar. The service provided by Chef Soumen and Kamalika and all the staff was amazing. Chef Soumen took care of all of our special food requirements with such willingness and kindness. Service above and beyond by him. Kamalika took care of all of our requirements too with careful attention. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. All the staff were amazing. Cleanliness was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel."

"All staffs are very cordial. They have upgraded my room. Original room AC was not working properly. The quality of food is good. But my advice to the Sheff is , it is better to give less salt in food than lttle too much salt. "

"Hotel has no elevator, steps are high, no accessible room. I didn't stay there. I have to leave the hotel because my wife need accessible room and they dobt have a single room which ir accessible for a person with difficulty in mobility. I have arrived around 8:30 pm. I decided to leave immediately. Front desk manager said that if booking agent, expedia call them , they will return the money. Expedia states that they couldn't contact the hotel. I have contacted the hotel. They told that no one contacted them from expedia. Very tiring experience. "

"Amazing customer service especially from the staff at kitchen of Trident. The staff made sure to take my son’s needs into consideration and prepared very health but tasty food. I was blown away by the exceptional service at the restaurant and appreciated the efforts of Ashish, Executive Chef Shakti Prasad, Chef Ganesh, and Server Biswajeet. All dishes were extremely tasty and healthy. I have been staying at a lot of hotels during my journey in India but none can hold a candle to the food at trident. My family really enjoyed the experience. This hotel is highly recommended. Very nice and quiet. Spa is at Mayfair next door but it is not up to par. Would love to have a spa at trident that reflects their high standard."
