We were only 13-15 min from the San Juan airport which made it even nicer. The host Ingrid was exceptional and always responded to our questions in a short time. "The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The doormen/concierge were also friendly and helpful, especially Miguel. The restaurant seemed understaffed but the food was delicious. The room was great and the location can't be beat. I would definitely recommend Hotel Rumbao and if I'm ever in San Juan again I would gladly stay here!"

"The place was really nice and the staff amazing. It is like a trip back in time. The Hotel offers open bar to their customers and they have someone in the front 24/7. There's no elevator so beware if you have struggle with steps, it is a historic building so they cannot modify it. "
