"The place was clean, beds comfy, ac worked great. Only one bath which would have been ok.. but the shower had no hot water and the drain was not sufficient in that shower water got on the floor. There is no private seating area…it’s out on the common area.. and the place was very quiet .. except when it was not with outside partiers coming in at night.. but that’s to be expected in the heart of a vibrant city! . If the bathroom was improved I would stay there again."

"This apartment is in an excellent location in Old San Juan. If you want to experience OSJ this is the place to stay. OSJ is old. The building is old. There is no elevator for your suitcases. Set your expectations accordingly. But the apartment was clean and well-suited for our purpose (a place for five people to stay before boarding a cruise ship). The balcony is a great place to watch the happenings on the street. But Old San Juan is not a quiet place at night, there are party people walking...

"We had a great time! Ingrid was easy to communicate with and responded timely. The house was very clean & tidy. We were welcomed with a basket full of goodies. It was really nice to walk in & see that. We truly felt welcomed. :) The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walks in the morning. The privacy in the back yard & the pool was awesome.
