"The place was very convenient to the beach. Uber driver knew exactly where it was. Check in was a bit off, as they did not give directions how or where to check in. Only a big sign saying Welcome…We asked some people sitting in the attached restaurant, and one obviously worked at the hotel and got the manager who checked us in. But we had two great days of excisions and beach time from there… Be careful and negotiate the prices at the beach for drinks and the beach chairs , umbrellas. Btw…there...

"The resort was nice, we didn't realize how big it was when we reserved. Presidential suites is very out of the way and this resort is huge. It was quiet, clean, the cleaning staff and service were excellent. A problem we had was that the cold water in our shower didn't work, and took 3 days to address. The same for restocking our fridge (restocked half way in a week long stay, after requesting numerous times), staff CONSTANTLY calling in the morning. The resort is huge, and you will be walking...

"Subject: Reservation Cancellation and Refund RequestDear Puerto Plata Lifestyle I am writing to inform you that we will not be able to attend the hotel under the current conditions provided. Despite multiple attempts via phone and email to cancel due to misleading advertising and unclear refund policies, we have not received any response.We kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation, as well as reimbursement for any incurred expenses. Furthermore, please be advised that we are considering legal action against your company.It is important to note that upon arrival at the hotel, which is depicted in your promotional materials as part of the property, no reservation was made under our name, and the rate you are proposing exceeds the market rate.We expect prompt action on this matter and appreciate your cooperation.the reservatition never ocurre Sincerely, Edwin López "
