The reservation i made for two nights. Somehow, it switched to one night! I was told i could make the next night through expedia, which i did. That reservation was somehow switched to sunday, not saturday. Then i was told there were no more rooms. The clerk didnt try to hrlp in any way. I will never stay here again. Terrible morale

The room we were checked into did not seem clean We have young children with and it felt gross. There was urine left in the toilet, the shower leaked when you took a shower. The beds were messy.

Very clean, great staff. My only complaint is the noise. Between the highway that sounds like it is right outside the window (because it pretty much is!) and clearly hearing people talking in the hallway even though they were talking at normal volume, this place could really use more insulation!

Leak near the AC/window caused the rug to be wet and the room to smell. Reported the issue to staff the first night but nothing was done to address the issue (no one from maintenance ever came to look) and no accommodation was offered (no room change, no money removed from the bill). At checkout when we commented on this we were told that this had been previously reported for this room. Room should be taken offline if it is moldy and the rug is permanently wet. Not the level of care, attention and service that I expect from a Hampton Inn.

Basically, the hotel was good. I enjoyed the "key" on my phone, It was much more convenient than a card key. Breakfast was OK but light on good fruit and a poor choice of brand for the yogurt.

When I checked in the front desk clerk said he had no idea of my coming via Expedia. He booked me in. The following day my keys didn’t work where I went down to speak with the next front door person and they said they had no idea I was staying in the room. The man was also furious I had dogs in the room… I asked how he knew I had 2 dogs to which he replied “no one is staying in that room so we went in to check what was in it and found the dogs” He gave me new keys. The next morning I woke up to a $57.54 charge on my card. I went down to ask why where I was told it was a dog fee?????!!!!!! The manager was called over to say the dogs were $25 each. Then there was an argument that they were $30 each. Then told me someone would call me to apologize later. I got a call later by an irate manager screaming at me that he had now charged me $70 for the dogs because upon check in I didn’t fill out forms and properly post on my door that I had dogs. Continuing to literally scream at me (recorded the 13 min conversation) that ALL hotels charge for dogs and none make you sign in. Leaving my credit card is enough. He then went silent saying he had nothing to offer me other than the check in issues were staff related and I was lucky they didn’t send the dogs to the aspca. No apologies were given and I mentioned that to the man in the phone where he then reiterated that all hotels charge a fee and it was up to me to know and even upon check in during issues, I needed to let them know

During my 2 night stay, I had to go down to the front desk twice because my card keys did not open my door. The staff did not explain why they were not working, they just reset them and handed them back to me. Also there is only 1 entrance to the property, making it difficult to get in and out onto a very busy road.
