Such a disappointment!
This property is close to Temple University which we liked. However, when we got there, we couldn’t get in. The owner gave us the wrong code in his message to us 2 days prior to us arriving there! Then, we could not get into the actual apartment upstairs b/c that lock wasn’t working either! An hour later…still not in! The owner offered to come let us in, but we were running late meeting people that night so that wasn’t going to work. Didn’t want to deal with the stress of the lock not working over the weekend so decided to leave and call VRBO for other options. We asked the property owner for a refund because of the stressful situation, but he refused and responded to us in an extremely rude manner! So disappointed that this was our first VRBO experience and it ended this way! I’ll do more research next time. There was a previous bad review for this property in September, and I ignored it. Will try VRBO again, but I have learned my lesson!

Great foundation but needs improvement
Newly renovated with new appliances but still missing some basic amenities. Check-in was not smooth and overall the place wasn't the most welcoming.

FRAUD
Upon arrival, saw reality, not as indicated in your add. Immediately contacted manager, advised her of lack of cleanliness, sent pictures, and walked out, anticipating a refund. She deayed in getting back to me. I contacted your main site and reported this as well. ALso contacte my bank to refuse charge and will now follow up o this, legally if I must. DEINITELY NOT what was advertise, PLEASE have someone call me to discuss this and I suggest that this property NOT be part of your offering as it does not speak well of either one, VRBO and much less the HOST!
