" My wife and I absolutely love the property and would have given it a perfect score in every aspect, except for one unusual incident. The fire alarm unexpectedly went off even though there was no real danger. Fortunately, we were able to stay and didn't have to evacuate; however, the downside was that we had to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs because the elevators were out of service due to the alarm, which was really bad timing because we were going to a wedding. "Excellent European hotel with first class service but expensive. if you get there to check in at about 2 AM, however, they can’t give you a room key until then finish processing their books and closing out the prior day. This took over an hour."
