"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. Really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again."

And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "
