Had a good stay at the Zeppelin. All the reviews citing that the area is unsafe were unfounded. There are lots of homeless people in downtown San Francisco but they don’t pose a risk. Like another city in North America that’s priced out people, you just have to be aware of your surroundings as you get up and about.

Hotel is older, but well kept and beautiful inside. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. The window seat was lovely overlooking the street below. Would stay here again!
