「Very nice home. Had everything that you need other than your personal items. Donna, the property manager met me at the property and walked me through to make sure I was acclimated to the home. She was very responsive to texts and even gave us a quick update that the Blue Angels were flying by one evening. Perfect location, short walk to beach which was beautiful and not overcrowded at all. We enjoyed the back yard, pool area! Very close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here...

「We had an amazing time. We come to Pensacola every year for a large family vacation Each sibling rents a condo so this location is wonderful. We are all near each other & we all do one evening dinner. The condo was perfect walk to the beach & amenities galore made it easy to have fun. Pet friendly was a bonus but doesn’t have any smell of pet odor which was nice as well! Very clean.」

「We have stayed at several VRBO's in Pensacola Beach, and this was by far the best. It was clean, well organized, nicely stocked, and the fenced yard was great for our dog. Covered/shaded outside areas no matter the time of day. Nice touch having TV's in every room. This place is very well taken care of. Only downside was the outside grill needed a good cleaning - we did not use it. Otherwise a really great place to stay - we would definitely rent it again.」

「This little house is just as described - it is small! It could be difficult for some to get up to the loft area. Our son is 24 yrs old and 6' tall, the spiral stairs were manageable for him, but a little awkward. That being said, he slept in the loft area - found it very comfortable and enjoyed having his own space. The master bedroom was super comfortable. 「This space was at the perfect location for access to the beach. The private beaches are beneficial during the busy season, since the public beach is right next to the property. The beach views are visible from the master overlooking the house behind you on the balcony. This location offered a peaceful cozy stay without all of the crowds on the main strip. 「I really loved this place. It’s right by the trolly stop , so you don’t have to combat traffic if you don’t want. The property is clean and very well kept. The only thing I would change is that maybe they should put up some blackout curtains because the bedrooms are flooded with natural light.」

「We have been visiting Pensacola Beach for 9 years now and have stayed at many different places (from condos to homes). This is by far the best one yet! Completely stocked with anything you need for beach, pool, or fun. Kitchen had great (AND CLEAN) appliances, pans, plenty of plates, cups, utensils. Location to the public access point was great. Views were spectacular and owners truly cared about our stay keeping in touch from booking through the visit. This is the only place we will stay moving...
