Granny's Farmhouse is a historic 1895 Victorian located on a working farm.

Originally built in 1895, Granny's Farmhouse is a Queen Anne Victorian beautifully restored and decorated. The house features stained glass windows, period architecture, push button light switches, and is furnished with antiques. There are ten foot ceilings, an updated modern kitchen, skylights, fireplace, and it is located on a working farm with beautiful vistas and 360 degree mountain views. This listing is for the entire main floor of the house which includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The upstairs is available to rent for an additional cost and has 3 more bedrooms which can sleep a total of 6 more people. There is no bathroom upstairs at this time but we plan to add one in the future. Note: the upstairs is not a separate space but is an add-on to the main floor listing to accommodate more guests if needed. Please message me for information on renting the upstairs.

Relaxing peaceful and private
Our stay at the Victorian Farmhouse was absolutely delightful. We were warmly greeted by the neighborhood ambassador, a sweet golden doodle, upon arrival. The house was well equipped and was central to the wedding venue and the city of LaGrande. I highly recommend staying here rather than a hotel in LaGrande!

Family event
We were in the area for our Grandson's football game and this was a great place for us to gather afterwards. The setup was perfect for family dinner and games ..plus a little bit of playing with the cute Jenny dog that stopped by for a visit in the yard. A definite winner and will book this again 👍.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was so warm and inviting and my wife loved the history with the farmhouse. We liked being out of town but close enough to get where needed to. One of the best things that helped us out practically was checking out a bit later as we had a later appointment and we got to leave straight for the appointment checking out of the house. Thank you!

Granny's Farmhouse was conveniently located near our launch point for a Minam River Lodge trip. The front porch benches (not pictured in their photos) were really peaceful for afternoon drinks, listening to cottonwood trees, and overnight we could hear owls. There was so much space for our group of four to relax. And the property labradoodle Jennie was very welcoming.

Peace. Quiet. Spacious.
Truly Granny's farmhouse, sitting on a working farm, off the main roads. Beautiful views of farm land and snow capped mountain peaks. The starlit nights can't be beat. Well appointed with all the modern conveniences and space for a large family and a yard for the kids.

Our experience at Granny's Farmhouse
The location was ideal for our stay at Granny's. We were attending a wedding at the White Barn, which was a stone-throw away. The wedding venue was fantastic, as well as our stay in this lovely old home. It has been decorated and furnished with lovely old antiques. I think any one would enjoy a visit. It was extremely quiet at night. I would highly recommend this home.

Staying back in time
From the moment we stepped through the door, I felt like I was back visiting my grandparents' place! The furnishings of the home are so tastefully done with lovely antiques; it has been modernized but consistent with the time period. The house is beautiful and the gas stove in the kitchen/den area makes it so cozy. The beds were comfy and the location perfect for our purposes. Thank you!! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in this area!!

Surprise 65 birthday
Four out of town gals going to surprise a long time friend for her birthday. It was so accommodating, beautiful and way to short! We were so at home and All beds were comfortable. Thank you for letting stay later, we were able to stay in our pj’s. Couldn’t find hot pads, lol.

Graduation Memories
We booked the house for our son's graduation from EOU and it worked out great! We hosted a small get-together BBQ for extended family and a few of our son's classmates, and it couldn't have been nicer! The open floorplan made it perfect for eating and chatting. Everyone says they give the house 5 Stars! Jennie, the single most polite dog EVER, was a delightful visitor, too. <3

We Loved It!
What a wonderful property. Full of character, great kitchen, super comfy King size bed, beautifully situated on a working farm in an amazing grove of huge trees. Really lovely flowers all around, lots of hummingbirds! We would highly recommend it and stay again for sure. Thank you also to the kind homeowner who helped us with the extension cord for our van. Most appreciated!!! 5 stars !!
