Rooms were great, easy parking but the water park and pool had almost everything closed, i understand is not high season but we seriously disappointed that we had to pay to enter with the kids game closed, pool closed then lazy river also closed

Reception staff Heaven was amazing, he helped us in our booking and made our stay in pallazo a memorable experience. All the staff welcome us with a warm smile for the whole week of stay. The food staff and breakfast is good. ALOHA!!!!
