Pecos Awesome

The Pecos property was excellent. Very clean and had everything needed. The included breakfast was soooo delicious and the restaurant was very clean. Will stay here again. Thanks for a great accommodation.

Great customer services

We booked the apartment but didn't get to stay there. We had to stay in a family suite with hotel instead due to they double booked us. Which had carpet and a lot of breakable things that I didn't want to due toddlers. They did give us a upgrade suite and free dinner with the restaurant which was amazing. But there is always a reason I booked apartment instead. Our stay was just a little stressful due to this We still enjoyed our time and used everything that came with hotel. The hotel had great customer service and was very clean. Only thing was the pool didn't have enough towels to go around. I would suggest bring your own from room. Thank you for making everything right with the miss up and treating my family like your own.
