"The hotel is a mansion built in the 18th century and the decoration mainly retained the feel of that time. In the room the furniture did show the age but we didn't mind. Our room has a balcony and in the morning you can see the sun coming up to greet you. The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. The hotel has its own private parking which is convenient if you are driving. The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance to the old port. I will recommend this hotel."

"Everything was great about this place. Super clean, right in the beach, and close to downtown and the casino. There was just one really odd element- I tried to buy a bottle of wine at the bar downstairs to take up to my room, and this seemed to be a big hassle. The bartender had to call some one to find out how to ring it up and the tried to give me 4 glasses- I can’t imagine it’s a foreign concept for someone to want a bottle of wine in their room. "

"This property is amazing, first thing first it really nice, we arrived late night and trust me it’s worth it for the eyes. The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel.
