The upstairs front living area is outfitted with a plush sofa, a love seat, and a smart TV.

Gather in the downstairs living area for a movie night on the large smart TV or to play your favorite arcade game. Comfy furnishings include a sectional, a 12 in 1 Pac-Man arcade, and the convenient wet bar has a microwave and mini-fridge.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, appointed with sleek stainless steel appliances. The sprawling island offers ample prep space and seating for four.

When you’re ready to eat, gather together at the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH
This two-level home accommodates up to 12 guests in five bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed in the primary suite. Direct access to the covered deck makes it easy to enjoy morning coffee in the shade. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second suite includes a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom holds a queen-size bed, the fourth bedroom sports two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and you’ll find a twin-size trundle bed in the fifth bedroom. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a half bath offers additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Sip cold drinks on the front deck and enjoy peaceful views of your neighborhood. The wraparound balcony features several comfy rocking chairs and a gas grill, while the covered patio provides a shady retreat on sunny days.

Moss-draped oaks and tropical trees create a serene setting in the fenced backyard -- on starry evenings, kick back in Adirondack chairs around the wood-burning fire pit!

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are included. Golf cart is included for convenient beach access. Beach chairs are also provided in the rental. Corn hole boards and bocce available for use.

Parking is available for four cars -- all in the driveway.

Located a short 5 minutes from public beach access, you’re never far from soft sand and rolling waves. Located east of 17, golf cart can be taken to beach without getting on any major roads.

DOG FRIENDLY

We invite you to bring the whole family to our dog friendly home. The back yard is totally fenced in. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay a non-refundable $200 dog fee. Maximum 2 dogs, each no bigger than 50 lbs. Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats.
