That smell from the resort was bad The pool looked green as if it was never cleaned for weeks The staffs did not have a smile at the reception and always turned their gaze away to avoid conversation. There are dogs sleeping in eating areas The resort is isolated from the points of interest in the area though buses are available almost everywhere within the area The one thing I liked is nth went missing from our stuffs

The swimmingpool was dirty (green water) for our first week, no one couldn't use the pool. Wrong room was given to us at check in, couldn't be corrected until the next day.

Reasonable hotel
All the furniture, woodwork was a dark colour making the whole place very dark, would have been much better if painted aclight colour. Good range of tv stations, but cafe for breakfast disappointing and expensive for what was available locally. Not really near anywhere and without a motorbike coukd feel quite cut off.

Aardig hotel, dicht bij het strand.
Personeel spreekt weinig tot geen Engels. Het is gewoon een thais hotel, met weinig luxe. Schoonmaken naar Nederlandse begrippen moeten ze nog leren. Als er weinig mensen zijn die het ontbijt willen kun je kiezen uit brood, jam, boter, koffie of thee, water en fruit. Als er genoeg mensen zijn hebben ze een heel bescheiden ontbijtbuffet met nagenoeg iedere dag hetzelfde aanbod en het eten is koud. Het lijkt of de gebakken eieren, de rijst, de worstjes zo uit de koelkast komen. Alleen de soep is lauw. Als je vertier zoekt, avondmarkt, restaurantjes e.d. ben je afhankelijk van de bathbusjes. Prijs kwaliteit is niet in verhouding. Het hotel ligt langs een heel drukke weg.

ที่พักใหม่ สวย ห้องพักกว้าง น่าพักมาก
รีสอร์ทนี้เพิ่งเปิดได้ไม่นาน สภาพใหม่ สวย ได้พักห้องแฟมิลี่ ห้องกว้างดี ชอบที่มีเตียงใหญ่ 2 เตียง นอนสบายไม่อึดอัด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้ครบ แต่ทีวีช่องส่วนใหญ่ไม่ค่อยชัด ชัดแค่ไม่กี่ช่องเองและฟรีทีวีดูไม่ได้ ส่วนห้องน้ำกว้างดี แต่ท่อระบายน้ำเล็ก ทำให้เวลาอาบน้ำ การระบายน้ำจะระบายไม่ทัน ส่วนอาหารเช้า ใช้ได้ครับ แต่ไม่หลากหลาย ไม่มีของหวาน และผลไม้สดให้ทาน แต่โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าดี ถ้าคราวหน้าได้ราคานี้ จะกลับไปพักอีกครับ

โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ มีสระว่ายน้ำ ไม่ติดทะเล อยู่ในซอย เงียบสงบ การประสานงานไม่ค่อยดี เนื่องจากตอนจองแจ้งว่าต้องการเตียงใหญ่ แต่ทางโรงแรมไม่ได้เตรียมไว้ให้ ทำให้ตอนที่ขึ้นไปถึงห้องพักต้องโทรไปแจ้ง front โดยเจ้าหน้าที่มาจัดเตียงให้ใหม่ เอาเตียงเดี่ยว 2 เตียงมาชนกันและปูเตียงให้เป็นเตียงใหญ่ เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าถ้าห้องที่เป้นเตียงใหญ่เลยจะเป็นห้องอีก type นึง ไม่ใช่ที่จองมา

I-Talay Resort @ Pattaya (Soi Jomtien 14)
Unpleasant & Disappointing !!! To start with, hotel staff/front desk was the worst I have ever seen. Really bad attitude & behaviour - cold, indifferent & callous. Never felt like we were a guest in the hotel & always had to struggle for every thing - small or big. Though the front desk team was challenged on English communication but the bigger problem was that they never had an intent to help. It was nightmarish even to make them show direction to a place on the city map they themselves had given. Other aspect is the location of the hotel. Its located far off from the main road without any conveyance. So every time we had to walk long distances to & fro from the hotel. Whole night there was the disturbance of squeaking swings, ducks, barking dogs & god knows what all !!! Extremely uncomfortable... I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel if you are visiting Pattaya with your family; not worth it...
