"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "

"The ambience at The Frutta is warm and inviting. The staff are terrific. The breakfast is excellent, all one can eat. They clean the room daily. This is my second time here and I hope to come next year."

"We wanted the airport transfer to hotel, but not sure how the payment works apart from bank transfers. The payment webpage looks backdated, plain and weird. If there are payment using Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, it’ll be more convincing, secured and safe for us. We arrived late, extremely hungry enduring flight transfers and traffic from airport.
