There were no handrails at all in the room. Or by the stair cases. I wondered what safety guidelines actually were.

I stayed here with my family, and our expectations were exceeded. We loved the villas, and the grounds were beautiful and tropical. The private beach was peaceful, and getting a beach chair for the day was no hassle. We loved that there was security on the beach and felt safe leaving our belongings by our beach chairs. The restaurant was also really good, and breakfast offered an overwhelming number of options, including traditional Mexican foods and typical breakfast choices. Our room was clean, as were the overall grounds. We would totally visit again!

We had an excellent stay at ventus at the marina el cid, the rooms are spacious and clean, lots of pools and restaurants between the 3 properties, and its nice that you can use any of the facilities from the 3 properties.
