"MISLEADING PHOTOS!! We booked based on good reviews & management photos showing a garden & outdoor seating areas. Imagine our surprise to find this to be misleading compared to reality! At check-in, we were bombarded with cigarette smoke. The very old lady wasn't pleasant & spoke only Italian. Our room was the first from the lobby. "Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "Amazing house, host and location. We stayed there after visiting the outlet village and before our trip to Venice and it was so relaxing and pleasant. There is a great place with 1st class beef choices just opposite the house and the center of the town is very lively and cute. "

"Not expensive, you have all you need for a short stay, maybe because of shopping in outlet. Unfortunatelly there is no elevator or baby chairs. We saw only one staff person who does it all, the reception, the breakfast, the caffe...but is very polite. Hotel is in the centar of Noventa di piave which is nice too"
