Our cozy island cottage (Cypress Model) is located in the quiet vacation town of Parksville British Columbia. When you stay at our cottage you will get a large spacious, modern and fully equipped cottage for the price of a hotel room. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a loft that overlooks the well designed living area outfitted with a cozy electric fireplace surrounded by stone tile and a maple mantel. The textured carpet in the bedrooms and loft provides added warmth to this cozy cottage. Just off the living area features a large oversize, private gated deck in a forest setting. Our cottage is also equipped with a key pad entry, 2 pool passes, stainless steel full kitchen, washer & Dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, three new flat screen TV’s, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. If your looking to escape the fast pace city life and you are wanting to experience Vancouver Island at its best this is the place for you.

Great week in Parksville
Excellent stay for our annual trip to Parksville. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. A bit noisy with traffic on the back deck from the road nearby, but otherwise a very nice spot. Kids loved the pool as usual.

Amazing!
My family and I have made Oceanside Resort a tradition we have been to different cabins 7-8 times over the last 10 years. I have to say though this unit was our favourite one. The layout is great, plenty of supplies from toiletries to spices , tons of board games, dvds, pool toys , and more. The unit was extremely clean and met my wife’s standards who owns vacation rentals herself and cleans them as well. Communication from reserving to check in was on point/fast and thorough. We are definitely going to try and make this rental our first choice to rent the next time we come back.

Parksville visit
Our family enjoyed our visit to Parksville and staying in your cottage was lovely. We enjoyed being able to be outside on the back deck for meals and front deck for coffee time. Close to the ocean! Having a pool close by was great.

Great place near Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park
The check in check out process was very easy, and communication was great. All our questions were answered before we arrived. The indoor pool was great, kids enjoyed some downtime, and there is mini golf next door to the pool. The location to the beach is a bit further, depending on how far you want to walk, however we had seniors with us and had to drive anyway. Location was great, and we would recommend this for a family vacation.

Property was lovely, excellent condition so full praise to the cleaner for her attention to detail and decoration. Only suggestion would be to replace the mattress in the loft bed as very uncomfortable, feeling springs. Nice and quiet this time of year which is exactly what we wanted. Thanks!
