Staff was great. I was able to leave my luggage with them early in the morning and then on check out day leave it again in storage until late in the evening. Room was very small but if you go to Paris you are not going to spend your day inside the room, so that didn’t bother me. Only complain is the bathroom shower is really really small. The area is GREAT! Right in front of the train station to the Eifel Tower and vicinity. Bonus is that it has a lift so you don’t need to carry your luggage upstairs. Restaurants around were great too. I would stay here again.

The welcome to the hotel was lovely with very friendly staff throughout the stay. The hotel has a lift which was really useful as we were on the second floor. The lift is very small, so we just put our luggage in and went up to meet it which worked well for us. The room was a good size, and had a separate toilet which is a great feature. The toilet had no sink, so we needed to wash our hands in the bathroom, and it had all the hot water pipes which made it a bit hot but there is very effective air conditioning in the room, so it made up for that. The bathroom was very clean and will equipped. The walls are a bit thin which means you can hear some noises beyond your room but it didn't really bother us. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic! There are so many great restaurants, a market and a supermarket literally on the doorstep. There is also a metro station a minute walk away and another line about a fiver minute walk. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

The room was large compared to other hotels I've visited in Europe. It was cute and quite clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. My one and only complaint was there was no fridge in the room -- not a huge deal, just a nice convenience.

We stayed here twice, in different rooms. The main floor above the restaurant, was unfortunately very noisy. Upper floor was just fine. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms very nice, bright and close to transit, restaurants and so much more. Tiny, but welcome elevator.

What a gem! 5 stars. My superior double was clean, modern and compact but well laid out. Large windows open to see the neighborhood below. A 5-minute walk to the train station in a much nicer neighborhood, and a Metro stop right across the street. Loads of cafe's nearby. No complaints at all. I will be back.

I will never go back to Hotel Odessa, as long as the new management is in charge! More than two years ago, before the pandemic, I made a reservation for five nights. Covid arrived and I had to change my travel dates, quite a few times. The airline changed my ticket without any problems. Hotel Odessa did the same thing but after 18 months, or 24 months, they said that they can no longer change the dates. I told them I understood their position and that I do not mind losing more than $500.00. I really felt that small businesses needed help and I actually felt good supporting this hotel. Then, once my travel dates were finalized I made another reservation and paid for another five-night stay. I was supposed to arrive in the evening of August 6. Once again the airline changed my ticket and instead of the evening of August 6, I arrived in the morning of August 7. I wrote to the hotel and told them about this minor change. They wrote back and said that everything was fine. I arrived on August 7, at about 9:00 AM and they told me that they had rented my room and that it won’t be ready before 12:30 PM! I thought that they were going to give me credit for the night of August 6 but they said No! And they kept saying that this is totally legal! I had to go to a restaurant to use the bathroom and I missed an important meeting that I had scheduled for that morning. I missed the meeting because his hotel wanted to milk me for an extra 100 dollars. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very pleasant stay. Room was small but perfect for me travelling solo. Had everything I needed. Balcony was lovely! Staff at reception were so friendly and kindly let me keep my bags there after checkout. Area is quiet, a little further from the main tourist sites. Probably too far to go on foot, but very close to the metro and regional train station. My only negative was that it was a little pricey but I guess that’s Paris for you!
